Wrestlemania 41 Night Two has officially ended the weekend with a bang. We have champions
that retained their titles and new names that can now be called champions.
To start things off, we have a new Undisputed WWE Champion, for his 17th world title beating
the previous record set by Ric Flair with 16, John Cena defeated Cody Rhodes to earn this
record with the help from Rapper Travis Scott.
Some say that this match was uneventful and wanted more, like a return of the Rock and for the
new team up of Seth Rollins and Paul Heyman should’ve joined at the end to form a new NWO
that can build a story for next year’s Wrestlemania.
Newly fan of the WWE product Dylan Quinn thinks that, “The main event day
two was not as good as anticipated.” However, he did enjoy the lead up saying “Yeah but I love
all the promos he (John Cena) did leading up to this at the same time so it’s fine.”
However, fans are just happy to see their childhood hero John Cena win his 17th world title and
beat the record and solidify himself as the greatest of all time.
The Triple Threat between Iyo Sky, Bianca Belair, and Rhea Ripley will go down as an all-time
classic as Iyo Sky retains against the two faces of the women’s division since the Covid-19
Pandemic.
In a story about Iyo being seen as an afterthought in the feud between Rhea and Bianca, Iyo
proved herself as a top star by defeating both women and still Women’s World Champion.
The Intercontinental championship was up for grabs at the show of shows as Bron Breakker
defended his title against Finn Bálor, Penta, and Dominik Mysterio, in an all-time classic fatal-
four-way match that was all out mayhem.
Dominik Mysterio came out with the victory and is now the new Intercontinental Champion, he
received a standing ovation as fans chanted “you deserve it” to congratulate him.
The Sin City Street Fight was an all-out brawl with Drew McIntyre defeating Damian Priest in a
feud that started at last year’s Wrestlemania where Damian Priest cashed in his Money in theBank Contract to beat Drew McIntyre and win the World Heavyweight Championship.
Even though this was not for a world title, expect the winner, Drew McIntyre to receive a push
towards reclaiming a world title as Damian Priest looks to bounce back and put him back in the
main event scene.
The Women’s World Tag Team championships were on the line as well with the champions of
Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez defending their championships against the womens
Intercontinental Champion Lyra Valkyria, and the returning Becky Lynch
This match ended with the belts on the new Women’s Tag Team Champions, Lyra Valkyria andBecky Lynch. With Lyra Valkyria becoming a double champion for the first time in her young career.
Randy Orton defeated surprise guest Joe Hendry, as you say his name and he appears, this is
the first time a TNA world-champion was on a Wrestlemania card. As Joe Hendry deserved it
and had his moment getting RKO’d by Randy Orton.
Logan Paul defeats AJ Styles in a stellar match, Logan Paul continues to prove why he can
wrestle with the big names and put on a phenomenal match.
This crowd was a lot more electric than the night one crowd as this night had overall better
matches, and a lot more moments that caused the fans to jump out of their seats.
Life-long fan Josh Dorè thinks that “Night 2 had a lot of good Matchups like the Sin City Street
Fight and the Women’s Triple Threat, but what stole the show on night 2 for me was the fatal 4
way for the intercontinental championship. Penta, Breakker, Balor and Mysterio put on a very
entertaining Match.
There was storytelling and exciting action in this Match. In the end the right Winner (Dom Mysterio) won this match as he is the future of the company”
