Are you looking to meet with a counselor? Counselors are available at all Bucks campuses. They are available Monday through Friday to meet with.

Students should also know that all counseling here at Bucks is free and confidential, and students are welcome and encouraged to reach out to a counselor.

As counseling can be for specific things such as coping with stress, the counseling services offer a wide variety of different ways students can succeed here at bucks.
Such as figuring out future things such as transferring to a different college and getting advice on it. Students can also receive assistance with balancing a career and education, or just general dealing with things in daily life.
Lesya Donets, Counselor at the Newtown campus describes that “we have programs for students to use” which furthers describes how much is offered within the counselling services.
Students can meet with advisors either in person or on zoom depending on which Bucks campus they are at. Counseling services are even available on a phone call.
Counselors are available during winter and summer sessions as well, not just during the fall and spring semesters. So, students can rest assured that they will be able to reach out to counsellors at any time that school is in session for.
Something to note for students is that counselling does not provide long-term mental health therapy, but they are able to help provide some support in helping the students to achieve their success here at Bucks.
The counselors here at Bucks want to make sure students know that they are there for students, and that they have such a broad selection of different kinds of counseling.
Counseling ranges from things such as figuring out how to organize the college work, coping with stress, figuring out job careers and much more.
Some of the main services that counseling offers are personal counseling, informational counseling, and career-decision counseling.
“We cover a lot of different areas” AnnaMaria Georgousis describes. “We try to meet them where they are at” Georgousis says.
Students can also find tips on coping with stress on the Bucks CCC’s website under counseling tips. It offers a variety of tips for students that might be facing challenges.

Students can be assured that counseling services offer a wide range of different services, and that students are able to access any of these services by reaching out to the email and or phone number listed.
