Sports briefs: Men’s golf, women’s soccer

Men’s Golf
The Men’s Golf team ended their fall season, finishing 3rd at Golden Oaks Golf Club in the EPAC Championship on Tuesday, Oct. 3.
Kyle Henofer and Shane McIntyre tied for first with a score of 74. P.J. Synol finished with an 88 and Cody Sterner added a 94, giving the Centurions a team total of 330.
The Spring season will be kicking off Monday, April 11, against the Five Ponds Community College at the Bucks invitational event.

Men’s Soccer
The season is officially over for the men’s soccer team after falling short 2-0 to Camden Community College in the regional semi-finals on Oct. 29.
They finished with an overall record of 11-5-1 and an 8-2 conference record. The team should be proud of how well they did this year after facing the difficulty of losing their teammate Rui Raimundo to injuries.
There are high hopes for the upcoming season, so be sure to show your school spirit and come out to support them next fall.
Women’s Soccer
The women’s soccer team completed their season on Tuesday, Oct., 20 in their loss to Union County College.
Women’s Soccer 2015 campaign came to a conclusion with the loss to Union County College.
Alexa Moors was named 2nd Team All-Region in Region XIX. Moors ended the season with 9 goals, 5 assists, 31 shots and 23 points.
With an overall record of 3-12 and 2-2 in the conference, the women’s team will be picking back up next fall.

Women’s Volleyball
The Lady Centurions’ Volleyball season finished Tuesday, Oct. 20 in their loss to the Ocean County College Vikings. The loss ended the chance of a playoff run for the girls.
They finished the year with an overall record of 7-10 and 6-6 in their conference. The Lady Centurions Volleyball team will return in Fall 2016.

Men’s Basketball
After the 106-79 loss to the Valley Forge Military College Thursday, Nov. 5, the Men’s Basketball team is now 0-2.
Hoping to turn it around soon, they’ve got a long season ahead of them, so come out and support the guys. You can find their schedule on the Bucks Athletic page.

Women’s Basketball
Unfortunately the women’s basketball team will not be able to play their season this year because of the lack of players. Hopefully things will be different next year. There is more on this above.
